Resumen
El presente estudio está orientado a la problemática que generó la participación de la 5ª Brigada de Montaña en apoyo a la Policía Nacional del Perú para el restablecimiento del orden interno, en la Región Cusco, año 2017.
Se describe la realidad problemática y se plantean los problemas y objetivos principales y específicos, referidos a la participación de la 5ª Brigada de Montaña en apoyo a la Policía Nacional del Perú y el restablecimiento del orden interno.
El método utilizado es el deductivo dentro de un enfoque cuantitativo, siendo el tipo de investigación no experimental. La población estuvo constituida por el personal de oficiales del Cuartel General y de las unidades de la 5ª Brigada de Montaña, siendo de 89 personas, cantidad igual para la muestra, por ser la población pequeña (n=N). Los instrumentos usados fueron el cuestionario, la guía de entrevista y las fichas bibliográficas, los cuales permitieron arribar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones planteadas por los investigadores.
Con respecto a la hipótesis específica 1, se rechazó la hipótesis nula, por lo tanto, los requerimientos humanos de la 5ª Brigada Montaña, inciden significativamente en el restablecimiento del orden interno. Con respecto a la hipótesis específica 2, se rechazó la hipótesis nula, por lo tanto, los requerimientos materiales y presupuestales de la 5ª Brigada Montaña en apoyo a la policía nacional del Perú, inciden significativamente en el restablecimiento del orden interno. Con respecto a la hipótesis específica 3, se rechazó la hipótesis nula, por lo tanto, lo tanto, el marco legal vigente aplicado a la 5ª Brigada de Montaña en apoyo a la policía nacional del Perú, incide de manera significativa con el restablecimiento del orden interno.
En relación a la hipótesis general, se rechazó la hipótesis nula, por lo tanto, existe relación entre la participación de la 5ª Brigada de Montaña en apoyo a la policía nacional del Perú y el restablecimiento del orden interno. Con respecto a ello, y con la finalidad de conocer si los datos son verdaderos y no debidos al azar se aplicó la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman (0.596 con una Sig. bilateral de 0.00 < 0,05).
This study focuses on the problems generated by the participation of the 5th Mountain Brigade in support of the Peruvian National Police in restoring internal order in the Cusco Region in 2017. The problematic situation is described, and the main and specific problems and objectives related to the 5th Mountain Brigade's participation in supporting the Peruvian National Police and restoring internal order are outlined.
The deductive method within a quantitative approach was used, and the research was non-experimental. The population consisted of officers from the Headquarters and units of the 5th Mountain Brigade, totaling 89 individuals, which was also the sample size due to the small population (n=N). The instruments used were a questionnaire, an interview guide, and bibliographic records, which allowed the researchers to arrive at the conclusions and recommendations presented. Regarding specific hypothesis 1, the null hypothesis was rejected; therefore, the human resource requirements of the 5th Mountain Brigade significantly impact the restoration of internal order. Regarding specific hypothesis 2, the null hypothesis was rejected; therefore, the material and budgetary requirements of the 5th Mountain Brigade in support of the Peruvian National Police significantly impact the restoration of internal order. Regarding specific hypothesis 3, the null hypothesis was rejected; therefore, the current legal framework applied to the 5th Mountain Brigade in support of the Peruvian National Police significantly impacts the restoration of internal order.
Regarding the general hypothesis, the null hypothesis was rejected; therefore, there is a relationship between the participation of the 5th Mountain Brigade in support of the Peruvian National Police and the restoration of internal order. With regard to this, and in order to know if the data are true and not due to chance, the Spearman Rho statistical test was applied (0.596 with a bilateral Sig. of 0.00 < 0.05).
