Resumen
Considerando que la conservación de la Amazonia es crucial para el planeta ya que actúa como el pulmón del mundo, la 35° Brigada de Selva con sede la Región Amazonas ,está participando en su protección en apoyo a la Policia Nacional del Perú dado su vínculo con el desarrollo nacional y el Plan de Transformación Institucional del Ejercito; consecuente a ello se elaboró la presente tesis cuyo desarrollo fue con enfoque cualitativo, de tipo teórico practico y con el método fenomenológico (Hermenéutico –Interpretativo) y una muestra de cuatro(04) expertos entrevistados .Se empleó como técnicas de recolección de datos la entrevista, la observación y la indagación documentaria llegando a la conclusión que la 35° Brigada de Selva para mejorar su efectividad en la conservación del medio ambiente, es fundamental modernizar las capacidades logísticas, capacitar al personal y conocer el marco legal vigente. Esto incluye adquirir material y equipamiento adecuados para tareas ambientales, gestionar la compra de drones para monitoreo constante, capacitar y entrenar al personal, completar el Cuadro de Asignación de Personal, realizar mesas de trabajo con instituciones especializadas y promover charlas de concientización a la población.
Considering that the conservation of the Amazon is crucial for the planet since it acts as the lungs of the world, the 35th Jungle Brigade based in the Amazonas Region, is participating in its protection in support of the National Police of Peru given its link with national development and the Institutional Transformation Plan of the Army; As a result, this thesis was prepared whose development was with a qualitative approach, of a theoretical-practical type and with the phenomenological method (Hermeneutic-Interpretive) and a sample of four (04) interviewed experts. Data collection techniques were used: interviews, observation and documentary research. reaching the conclusion that the 35th Jungle Brigade to improve its effectiveness in environmental conservation, it is essential to modernize logistical capabilities, train personnel and know the current legal framework. This includes acquiring adequate material and equipment for environmental tasks, managing the purchase of drones for constant monitoring, training and educating staff, completing the Personnel Assignment Table, holding working groups with specialized institutions and promoting awareness talks to the population.
